Submitting fabricated disaster claims, misleading hazard markers, or staged photos diverts vital emergency vehicles, rescue boats, and medical personnel away from actual life-threatening incidents.
- Criminal Liability: Violators will be prosecuted under Presidential Decree No. 1727, RA 10121, and Municipal Ordinances.
- Account Accountability: Every submission logs GPS coordinates, IP addresses, and verified profile credentials. False reports result in permanent account termination and referral to the PNP.
